**Functions**
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's

business objectives, revenue targets, and growth initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial

modeling efforts for Spain. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support

decision-making processes.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance against key

performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing

corrective actions.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial consolidated reporting in

accordance with Spanish regulations and international accounting policies and

regulatory requirements. Provide financial reporting and presentations to top

management..
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and promote compliance.
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning, optimize liquidity.

T- eam Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance

culture, and encouraging professional development.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a

related field.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years of experience in financial leadership roles,

preferably as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish and international accounting principles, tax laws, and

regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and financial software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and

teams internally and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.A flexible attitude to adjust to changing needs.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
