Our Solutions department develop scalable products and solutions that enable all companies to effectively measure, manage and continuously improve their sustainable business practices.

This role will encompass advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform in addition to excellent problem-solving skills. The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following abilities:

- Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand top priorities for their business units; communicate status of critical work in progress; mitigate impediments
- Write features and review user stories for proper definition and clarification, maintaining a defined sprint backlog of high value work at any given time
- Document Business Process Requirements and review technical functional requirements
- Analyze data, risk, impacts, scope, and priorities for the overall business objected to meet goals
- Provide leadership on assigned projects to the stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the project
- Collaborate on User Documentation
- Conduct Market/Product Research for different solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure business needs are met
- Identify and implement process improvements in Salesforce
- Create Salesforce Dashboards for Salesforce users

**Qualifications**
- 3+ Years progressive experience in Salesforce Administration
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience.
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator
- Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud.
- Strong experience in technical analysis, systems' design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, automation, task estimation, maintenance, and support.
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with mínimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward.
- Desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues and ideas to stakeholders within the context of their business.
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.

Required Experiences/Skills:

- 5+ years of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning Platform), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
- Analytical abilities to review large volumes of data and be detail-oriented
- Documentation of various data including training and requirements documents
- Data Management Skills to evaluate trends, duplications and linking of data elements
- Understanding of Customer Support cycle, knowledge base, OmniChannel, NPS and CSAT
- Ability to connect business process and Salesforce best practices across multiple departments
- Time management and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral
- Agile experience

- Ability to learn and pivot quickly, motivated to solve problems and find actionable solutions
