What you will do:

- Our Managers, Social Media Research are responsible for:

- Independently managing the end-to-end execution of research projects that utilise online data from various sources including digital, search and social media, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights.
- Working closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and research requirements. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging online research methodologies, particularly social media research, to derive meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from various online sources, including social media platforms, to extract valuable market insights. Translating complex data sets into actionable recommendations that address clients' specific challenges.
- Acting as a key point of contact (POC) for assigned client accounts, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships. Ensuring prompt and effective communication, addressing client inquiries, and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborating effectively with other research teams, including qualitative, quantitative, and digital specialists, to foster a cohesive and integrated approach to research efforts.
- Demonstrating strong leadership qualities by mentoring and guiding junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development within the organisation.

Desired Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Data Science, Social Sciences).
- An understanding of social media algorithms and trends, enabling them to optimise research strategies for maximum impact.
- Previous managerial experience, which includes proficiency in project management and personnel management.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Responsible for conducting applied research in scientific area of focus. Investigating applicable solutions through rigorous, protracted studies and ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timel
