The Network Project Manager (NPM) will be responsible to support cross-regional initiatives impacting the Cigna Healthcare International Network team. The NPM works across multiple internal departments to provide administrative and analytical project management discipline in relation to provider contracting and engagement for Cigna Healthcare International.
This role will support the development and implementation of key projects related to Network governance and capability development, including management of Network-wide balanced scorecards; coordinating and driving Intake work for Information Technology priorities; contractual templates, terms, and management system; engagement tools and cross-departmental strategic agenda management with key providers; and Network strategic priorities.

**Reports to**: Head of Global Network Strategy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Refines and maintains balance scorecard and regular Network reporting
- Manages user-friendly project management tools to track various Network initiatives and supporting management of key deliverables and interdependencies
- Coordinates and drives Intake work across Network team for Information Technology prioritization
- Works with Network team to inventory, categorize, and manage database of billing system requirements globally to inform affordability targets
- Manages multi-team projects identified by Network Senior Leadership Team impacting providers in collaboration with the Provider Services Organization (PSO) and Clinical functions
- Creates and manages regular updates to presentations articulating Network capabilities and strategies for internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, PSO, and Commercial and Client teams) and for providers
- Works with Head of Global Network Strategy to support contractual templates, terms, and contract management system project work and maintenance
- Supports Provider Segmentation & Directional Care Manager with templates, engagement tools, and operations with cross-departmental strategic project work with key providers (broadly and as connected to directional care work)
- Works with Network team to maintain an activity calendar/database that stores key dates to ensure contractual targets are fulfilled
- Supports data analysis and maintenance of City Strategy playbooks
- Develops and delivers communications to providers
- Works with Head of Global Network Strategy to implement standard operating procedures, updated training guides, and talent development tools
- Other duties as assigned
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- A degree-level education in business, finance, project management, healthcare management, or related field is required
- Formal qualification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 practitioner) or equivalent experience of running projects is highly preferred
- Consulting experience is desirable but not required
- Experience working with international healthcare systems and insurance strongly desired
- Proven analytical skills, organization, and delivery is required
- A capacity to learn quickly and offer innovative thinking to realize solutions is required

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Demonstrable analytical ability, as well as problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize and manage complex initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

- Ability to speak and write in languages other than English is a value add but not preferred/required
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating and managing projects with remote teams in a complex, matrixed organization is required
- Excellent database management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
