**What are you accountable for achieving?**
- Visit medical centers and clinics in the assigned area for presentation, introduction and explanation of the company Genetic Diagnostic Services.
- Develop a strong and positive working relationship with contacts and customers and assess their satisfaction level to our services.
- Follow up on product/tests sales and customers, hospitals, and centers requests.
- Keep, maintain and update detailed contact records of all clients (Salesforce).
- Prepare and register daily coverage visits and submit on Salesforce corporate CRM.
- Plan and organize conferences, events, and activities for clients.

**What will you need as a successful Sales Representative?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge in diagnostic services and tests.
- Good communication and flexibility.
- Ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
- Build up a win-win relationship between customer and Igenomix.
- Driver’s license.

Not must but preferable:

- Background in Genetics Diagnosis segment or similar, in both private and public sector.
- English skills.
