You will join the sales support team and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Drafting, processing, and monitoring quotes, orders, and deliveries in accordance with established sales support procedures.
- Preparing quotes for potential clients.
- Supporting clients and distributors.
- Assisting in the tracking of deliveries for recorded orders.
- Opening, monitoring, and filing customer files.
- Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of the follow-up on customer files.
**Qualifications** Qualifications we’re looking for.**
- Graduated from bachelor/master degree in international business
- You have a significant first experience in a similar position.
- You are autonomous, meticulous, and know how to take initiatives.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.
- You have already worked with an ERP and/or a CRM.
- Mastering English is essential.
