**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative aspects of account management, bridging the gap between our account services team and the finance department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with project management: Support the account services team coordinating campaigns.
- Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks related to campaign management and billing
- Be in liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with account managers to maintain positive client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.

**About you**:

**Skills & Experience**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
- Languages required: Spanish and English are a must.

The possibility to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months is mandatory for the vacancy.
