Buscamos a un Becario para nuestro equipo de operaciones dispuesto a aprender, a crear una buena experiência para el cliente y con pasión por las energías renovables. Trabajarás en una de las industrias de más rápido crecimiento del mundo, en una empresa única con ambiciosos objetivos de crecimiento en España.
**Qué supone el rol**:

- Tu tarea principal será trabajar con el equipo de Account Management y Operaciones para garantizar el abastecimiento de suministro de equipos fotovoltaicos.
- Trabajarás mano a mano con instaladores y colaboradores para facilitar la instalación de sistemas fotovoltaicos.
- Con el tiempo y con el crecimiento de la empresa en España, tendrás la oportunidad de convertirte en un empleado fijo incorporándote al equipo español de Operaciones, donde desarrollarás tus habilidades de venta dentro de un entorno Start Up en un sector próspero.
**Qué buscamos**:

- Una persona con habilidades de resolución de problemas y gestión del tiempo, ayudando a construir la empresa
- Alguien quien disfrute trabajando en equipo
- El conocimiento de la energía solar es una ventaja, pero no un requisito. Recibirás formación al respecto
- Es imprescindible poder firmar un convenio de prácticas con la escuela/universidad
**Qué ofrecemos**:

- Este es un puesto temporal de 3-6 meses con la posibilidad de unirse al Equipo de Operaciones como empleado permanente
- Un ambiente de trabajo comprometido, joven y sociable
- Una curva de aprendizaje pronunciada, con capacitación relacionada con las industrias de ventas, tecnología y energías renovables
- Oficina central, de fácil acceso, en el centro de Madrid. Posibilidad de trabajo a distancia una vez finalizado el período de formación y los resultados lo avalan.
- Remuneración de 300€ para media jornada.
