Your key responsibilities - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth - Build and manage a supply operations organization based on processes and procedures from product sourcing to customer delivery - Create and implement inventory, demand and supply allocation strategies to optimize inventory placement, turns, sales and the overall customer experience through formalized S&OP - Develop plans and methods for completing purchasing, inventory and materials management to ensure that acquired goods meet cost and quality standards - Support and maintain the Corporate framework of new and existing vendors while maintaining high operational and quality standards - Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop / execute strategies to manage costs and ensure favorable partnerships - Lead the team in alignment with broader organizational goals and ensure delegates, work effectively and be a thought leader with respect to sourcing processes and policies - Assess departmental performance, identify weaknesses and implement operational changes to ensure the efficient flow of goods - Develop trends and forecasts based on objective data for use in operations and purchasing decisions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by working with management using lean methodologies to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies, including Sales and Operations Planning **Profile**: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business management, etc or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Ten plus years of experience in supply chain - Strong planning, operations and logistics background with a bias for delivering results in a dynamic environment through collaboration and creating healthy dialogue - Three plus years of experience in a leadership role - Previous work experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred - Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferred - APICS, Six Sigma, or other related certifications a plus - Proven ability to follow through with projects and meet commitments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner in both written and non-written forms - Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
