- For the Scientific Innovation Project Management Office we are looking for a Project Management Trainee. Your main mission will be to contribute on the successful planning, execution and completion of R&D projects._

Your Responsibilities_**
- _ Assist the project managers in managing the project plan, timeline, milestones, decision points and communicating project status and escalating risks/issues as appropriate._
- _ Support the projects team coordination and objectives achievement._
- _ Collaborate in new PMO tools/systems (i.e., Smartsheet) implementation and procedures creation/update._

**_ Your Profile_**
- _ You have a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field._
- _ You are studying a master or postgraduate degree in Project Management or Pharmaceutical Industry._
- _ You are available for an internship of minimum 6 months, ideally 12, either part-time or full-time._
- _ You have an advanced level of English (C1)._
- _ You are proficient user of Microsoft Office._
- _ You are a person with initiative, good attitude, flexible, eagerness to learn, and work well in a team._
