To this end, we offer the position of **Cell Test Engineer.**

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- Make sure the data are stored on the right folder (5S for Sharepoint and Data base)
- Help the technicians in case of high load:

- Keep the lab clean and tidy (5S for lab)
- Prepare the cells received from dry room (OCR, IR, weight, thickness)
- Put the cells inside the jigs and make sure the pressure is respected.
- Place the cell in the right channel.
- Update the channels planning.
- Write the program in the SW.
- Start the test.
- Check on a regular basis the ongoing tests.
- Check the tests status and update the planning tool.
- Update the forecast.
- Check the perquisitions for the upcoming tests.
- Maintain the equipment to a high standard.
- Experience from working with new software and driving automation of testing and data evaluation.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation of lab equipment and tools.

We are looking for a **high organizational and record-keeping skills **individual capable of taking up this challenging opportunity to develop an ambitious project. Applicants should have** safety first** attitude and a high degree of** team work, flexibility, and detail oriented** open to intense interdisciplinary collaboration, first in an early-stage start-up but moving progressively to an efficient mid-size organisation.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical, Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in battery cell testing, including performance, safety, and reliability testing.
- 3+ years of Experience with battery cell test equipment and software, such as battery cyclers, environmental chambers, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience in scripting for Neware, Arbin, and Biologic cell cycler platforms.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using common laboratory software (MATLAB, PYTHON, JMP).
- Experience with planning, project management, and execution of testing.
- Understanding of the cell manufacturing process and the crucial tests needed to verify build level quality in that process.
- Experience developing test fixtures, and one of a kind test set up.
- Develop new test setups and follow up on investigations.
