Corporate Legal Counsel

Prosegur is looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel for our legal department of one of our business lines focused on providing secure cryptocurrency services in multiple jurisdictions. The location will be in Madrid, and you will have a hybrid work model (combining telecommuting with office attendance).
**What will your duties be?**
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Advise on a wide variety of legal matters—including regulatory and corporate.
- Work alongside the business team to design and launch innovative products and services.
- Manage day-to-day communications with financial and supervisory authorities.
**What are we looking for from you?**
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification legal experience, either at a top-tier Spanish or international law firm in Europe and/or as in-house counsel at a multinational corporation.
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
- Background in financial regulation (and experience in crypto regulation) is a strong plus.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and ability to think beyond standard legal frameworks.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively, while contributing positively to cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player.
- High degree of accountability and ownership over work and outcomes.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
