What is our strategic plan?

At Babel, we are excited about the progress of our Mars Plan 2025. We aim to reach 300 million euros in revenue and achieve an EBITDA of 36 million with a workforce of 5,000 babelievers worldwide

The good work and commitment of the team are bearing fruit, and we are on the right track to achieve these goals, reflecting the solidity and vision of our organization.

Looking to the future, we have already designed the new strategic plan Hyperspace 2029, an even greater challenge that promises to be an exciting journey full of opportunities for professional growth and development. Reaching 1 billion in revenue is a challenge that we are confident, with the collaboration and talent of our people, will be another success story that we will write together.

What we are looking for?

A Corporate Partner & Alliances Manager taking care of our Strategic Partners as well as generating a corporate governance for Partner and Alliances program governance

She/He would be taking care direct responsability of our Strategic Partners, helping out our local offices as well as being supported by the Country managers, and local /regional champions on business and technology.

She/He would also support our Technology and Business partners, specially by defining a corporate governance for Partner and Alliances program, covering among others but not exclusively:

- Partner Selection Criteria
- On boarding
- Business and Tech Plan
- Offering support
- Partner funds collection
- Direct and services generated Opportunities
- Sectorial solutions
- Market positioning,

She/He should have a track record of experience in same role with good success on achiving business and economic success.

She/He should have strong relationships with current key technology partners, among Microsoft, AWS, Appian, IBM, Oracle and Outsystem as well as be able to generate strong relationships with new partners, as well as among our Tech and Business teams and customer.

Is important to be able to work with multiple stakeholders in a matricial organization with a width geographical coverage in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and selected geographies in Latam (Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Panama, & Dominican Republic).

Ability to travel, and speak fluently English. Any additional language command (Portuguese & French) would be welcome

Also should be including strong abilities to:
- Manage and extend relationship with customers- Become a reference in the company- Influence capabilities- Customer activities as well as capability to create and strength personal relationships with different stakeholders- Support internal initiatives- Participate in social acts and Babel networking- Good and extended speaker abilities, as it would be required to become a reference in the market in its specialty- Leadership capabilities as well as ability to motivate her/his own teams- Positive attitude and resolution
