**Sales Development Representative - Barcelona** **About Us** DT One is a leading B2B2C marketplace for digital micro value transfers with a global footprint reaching >5Bn end customers today. DT One facilitates high volume transfers of airtime, data, gift cards, vouchers and bill payments on behalf of partners (e.g., super-apps, mobile operators, retailers and online marketplaces) by providing underlying technological infrastructure and network of supply to deliver these services. **Responsibilities** You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of reach-outs per day, qualifying prospects, generating interest and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team. - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Understand customer needs/requirements and position the product & product-prospect fit accordingly - Schedule appointments & route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professionals for further development - Maintain and expand your database of prospects - Input relevant data in CRM, generate reports & use sales tools effectively **Requirements**: - 3+ years of inside sales/ sales development experience within a B2B environment - Track record of achieving or over-achieving appointment or sales quotas - Team-player with a strong phone presence & experience in dialing dozens of calls in a day - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
