**Associate Python Engineer - Trade Engine Team**

**Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home**

**The Role**:
No prior work experience is required; we're looking for drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology and financial services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the design and development of our transformative FX platform under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Participate in coding, testing, and deploying software updates to improve functionality and user experience.
- Learn best practices in software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and partake in the creation of innovative financial products.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or final year student with a strong interest in starting a career in software development and financial technologies.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, preferably in Python or other object-oriented languages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a desire to work on challenging projects that require critical thinking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and a readiness to embrace the dynamic environment of a hyper-growth company.
- Since you will work side by side with colleagues from different countries, you will be able to communicate clearly and concisely your ideas in English, both written and spoken.
