At CBRE Strategy Consulting we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing team helping investors, developers and corporations make smarter investment decisions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead analytical components and workstreams of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and robust methodologies.
- Conduct detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, cash flow projections) to support investment decision-making.
- Perform market research and benchmarking, interpreting trends in demand, supply, pricing, and macroeconomic factors.
- Contribute to due diligence processes by assessing investment risks, value potential, and alignment with client strategy.
- Develop and assess highest and best use scenarios through financial, planning, and market feasibility lenses.
- Support the definition of portfolio strategies, investment frameworks, and expansion plans.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (ESG, Placemaking, Behavioral Science, Branding) to integrate cross-functional insights.
- Prepare and deliver clear, visually compelling presentations and client reports articulating insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposal preparation, thought leadership, and market intelligence

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or MBA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, real estate advisory, investment analysis, or financial modelling.
- Experience in investment feasibility, corporate assessments, or transaction support within the real estate sector is highly valued.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling (Excel) and quantitative analysis.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment metrics, and valuation techniques.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint and other visualization tools for client presentations.
- Familiarity with market databases.

Soft Skills
- Professionally fluent in English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and oral).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
