**Job Summary**: The LPS Data Analyst will be responsible for all reporting activities within the LPS team and will soon take on dashboard creation responsibilities. This role requires a highly technical individual with strong analytical skills to manage and interpret complex data sets, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
- Create and manage dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis and organize it to generate meaningful reports.
- Conduct testing and system validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.
- Provide training and support to team members on data tools and reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
