Do you have structural engineering experience, and are you seeking a new job in Skellefteå? SilverBack is helping a collaborative company recruit a Structural Engineer, and the role comes with an attractive contract rate.

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, or coordinating the structural engineering design, on assigned projects. You will support ongoing and new projects of battery factories in addition to preparing and reviewing the structural design philosophy and implementing in design.

If you were already in this Structural Engineer role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

- Preparation or review of structural design philosophy and implementation in design
- Coordinate/ gather the structural design requirements from multiple disciplines
- Ensure coordination between internal/external stakeholders and design consultants
- Carry out conceptual design independently to communicate design intent when necessary
- Prepare design tasks and review of foundations, steel and concrete structural design of the main building as well as multidiscipline support design
- EU citizenship or rights to work in Sweden essential (other profiles will not be considered in the process)
- Five to 10 years of post-graduate experience in Advanced Manufacturing or a similar industry
- Experience designing industrial buildings according to European and Swedish codes and safety standards
- Experience carrying out structural engineering design work
- Experience working in a multidiscipline environment
- Experience in all project design phases, from concept to basic and detailed design
