El equipo de Recursos Humanos de W Barcelona está buscando un reclutador para liderar un proceso de selección de primera clase y ayudarnos a encontrar al mejor talento del mercado.

El día a día de un reclutador en W Barcelona incluye, entre otras funciones:

- Escribir anuncios de trabajo claros y convincentes y compartirlos en nuestras plataformas de reclutamiento y redes sociales
- Valorar y administrar solicitudes de trabajo
- Organizar y llevar a cabo entrevistas y sesiones de feedback

El equipo de RRHH está formado por ocho personas, dos de ellas en reclutamiento.

Nuestros reclutadores son especialistas pero su plan de formación está enfocado en darles la experiência y formación necesaria para ser generalistas de Recursos Humanos y futuros managers.

Buscamos reclutadores con personalidad W, emprendedores, energéticos, divertidos, curiosos, innovadores y atrevidos.

Perfecto uso de español y buen nível de inglés son necesarios (tanto escrito como hablado).
