**About The Role**:
As a Casino Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the Regional Casino P&L performance, covering slots, table games and Live Casino for the **Ontario market**.
As our regional casino expert, you will work with various stakeholders within the Gaming structure and interfacing with the wider business and be the key storyteller when it comes to casino performance and initiatives. As the go to person for regional casino performance, you will control the narrative with all Casino Operational teams, Senior Management, and other key stakeholders across the business.
**Location**: Gibraltar
**What you will do**
- Own, manage and be accountable for the Casino Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance and Activity Plan, measured against the clear set of KPIs to ensure each revenue driving component is exceeding the plan
- Responsible for the Slots, Live Casino and RNG Table Games Performance for Ontario against budget plan. Ensuring we surpass both revenue and EBITDA targets
- Establish a clear set of KPIs that report on & manage performance to deliver to budget plan
- Work with BI, Finance and other teams to analyse performance, using insight to identify new opportunities for growth
- Work with the Head of Commercial and Product to develop and evolve the Casino plan, aligned to the overall Casino Strategy and augmenting the overall Entain Slots and Table Games Plan, that drives growth & value by being ‘best in class’, market leading and differentiated to competitors.
- Be the Ontario Casino expert, providing the wider business with an understanding of the market, product and the customers.

**Who you are**
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills - KPI, customer and results-oriented individual
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors
- Experience/knowledge of the Ontario market would be an advantage but isn’t essential
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer-experience and product vision
- Experience in a multi-brand, international business, working to a variety of brand pillars and strategies concurrently
- Conversant on regulatory and industry trends, changes and challenges
