**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como Técnico/a de Servicios Profesionales, tu objetivo será garantizar un servicio excelente a nuestros clientes, participando activamente en las diferentes etapas de su ciclo de vida: onboarding, implantación, seguimiento y nuevas necesidades.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Liderar y gestionar Proyectos de implementación de nuestras soluciones.
- Gestionar la relación con los clientes: identificar nuevas necesidades, resolución de dudas y asesoramiento en el correcto uso de nuestras soluciones.
- Brindar asesoramiento experto y ejecutar los servicios profesionales de nuestras soluciones de Detección y Prevención del Crimen Financiero y el Blanquero de Capitales.
- Dar soporte técnico a nuestros equipos internos de Ventas en las primeras fases del contacto con clientes: demos, reuniones técnicas, etc.
- Actuar de enlace entre nuestros clientes y los equipos de Desarrollo y Soporte.
- Contribuir al desarrollo de nuevos paquetes de servicios profesionales y herramientas para agilizar tareas.
- Nível alto de inglés, tendrás interlocución con clientes a nível global.

**EXPERIENCIA**
- +2 años experiência en puestos similares y en gestión de proyectos
- Se valorará:

- experiência previa en Entidades Financieras o relacionadas con el sector
- experiência en departamentos de Servicios Profesionales en otras empresas del sector

**EDUCACIÓN**
- Formación técnica: Ingeniería/ Informática/ Grado FP Informática.

**HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS**
- Conocimientos en lenguajes de programación: Python, SQL, ShellScripts, awk, etc.
- Conocimientos de Linux - nível Usuario
- Idiomas: dominio avanzado de inglés y español. Se valorarán conocimientos de portugués o italiano.
- Se valorará conocimientos de Fraude y/o Blanqueo de Capitales
- Capacidad para trabajar en Equipo
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes
