**Funciones**:
Trainee - Food & Beverage Division | Barcelona Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment? Join our Food & Beverage Division and gain hands-on experience across multiple renowned restaurants and outlets in one of Barcelona’s top hotels. Your mission As a trainee in the F&B Division, you will: - Greet and escort guests to tables, present menus, and provide detailed information (portions, ingredients, food allergies). - Prepare tables, maintain a tidy dining area, and ensure high-quality service. - Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, order slips, or by memory. - Communicate order details to kitchen staff. - Inform guests about daily specials and recommend menu items. - Assist in special events, banquets, and private functions when required. - Where you will work - Enoteca - Two Michelin star restaurant led by Paco Pérez, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine and high-quality local ingredients. - Bites - Casual, fast-service restaurant offering informal dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. - Marina - Outdoor summer restaurant serving light meals, emphasizing efficiency and guest interaction. - Banqueting - Large-scale events department with experiences in emblematic locations across the city. - The Pantry - Innovative speakeasy-style concept emphasizing sharing-style Mediterranean gastronomy. - Lokal - Breakfast buffet restaurant focused on building strong guest relationships. - P41 Bar & Coctelarium - Sophisticated lounge bar offering cocktails, champagne, and wines. - In Room Dining (IRD) - Deliver culinary experiences directly to guests’ rooms, enhancing organization and teamwork skills.
