What's the internship? As F&B intern you'll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests. You'll be supervised by the F&B team. Your day-to-day Assist with the daily preparation and set-up of the restaurant and bar areas. Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and equipment. Properly use work machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards and personal protective equipment. Ensure correct storage and labeling of food and beverages in the appropriate areas. Report any needs for replenishing stock or products for the next service. Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. Comply with the hotel's sustainability and environmental policies. What to expect from us Economic compensation Uniform and laundry service for the uniform.
