**Your responsibilities**:
PRE-VENTA:

- Ofrecer a los clientes internos (área comercial, contact center etc.) y externos soporte técnico remoto de producto a fin de ayudar a la venta del mismo, resolviendo cuestiones relativas a sus características, idoneidad, uso, mantenimiento etc.
- Estudios técnicos: Confección de presupuestos, diseño de proyectos y documentación asociada.

POST-VENTA:

- Asesoramiento técnico remoto para satisfacer las necesidades transmitidas por los clientes:

- Soporte remoto para puesta en marcha de equipos:

- Diagnosticar averías reportadas y ofrecer soluciones a las mismas.
- Ofrecer soporte remoto a los servicios técnicos externos.
- Configuración electrónica del equipo.
- Ajuste y regulación de los elementos de control.
- Revisión del conexionado eléctrico e hidráulico, etc.
- Manipulación de producto químico necesario para el funcionamiento de los equipos.
- Trabajos de ajustes de los equipos que puedan realizarse en altura (más de 2 metros).
- Informar a clientes externos y asesorar de forma remota en el proceso de instalación del producto o servicio.
- FORMACIÓN:

- Preparación de formaciones generales y Ad-Hoc para clientes y para equipos internos.
- Realizar formaciones a clientes. Formaciones anuales coordinadas con el responsable formativo de FCE.
- Realizar formaciones a equipos internos. Formaciones anuales coordinadas con el responsable formativo de FCE.

CONTACT CENTER:
Soporte técnico a las llamadas derivadas del equipo de Contact Center (Técnicas) ofreciendo información técnica de productos, referencias para recambios, fichas técnicas de producto y otras consultas.
TESTING:
Test de productos lanzados al mercado.
Informe de conclusiones de producto.
Análisis de posibles incidencias y soluciones.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:

- Formación en Ingeniería Técnica, Eléctrica o Mecánica.
- Experiência en departamento técnico durante al menos 2 años.
- Inglés nível B2.
- Foco en la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva en un entorno de alta demanda.
- Uso básico de Autocad.
- Herramientas de Call Center.
- Conocimientos del módulo de Servicio de Salesforce u otras herramientas de gestión de servicios.
- Valorable conocimientos básicos de ERP (AS400 u otros).
