Do you speak Dutch fluently and also have a high level of German or French?

Are you motivated, eager to learn, and ready to start a new adventure in Barcelona?

At HP SCDS, we’re looking for enthusiastic professionals to provide remote software support for our printer markets. No technical background? No problem We’ll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your language skills, customer service mindset, and willingness to learn.

🧠 What You’ll Do

- Provide remote technical support (calls and emails, remote diagnostics, troubleshooting).
- Assist clients in the Dutch and German or French speaking markets.
- Communicate with customers and partners, ensuring excellent service levels.
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Mandatory: Fluent Dutch (C1) + Fluent German (C1) OR Fluent French (C1).
- High level of English (C1).
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivation, proactivity, and willingness to learn.

✨Nice to Have:

- Customer Service experience
- Technical knowledge or training is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you
