Works as an active member in the Service Delivery Department
Learn about the project and client specifics and processes as internally referenced
Collects and verifies all (technical) details
Diagnose and troubleshoot Digital Signage software and hardware issues
Daily capture of the requests in a centralized business system
Dispatch to local country technicians and manage local performance within the agreed SLA
Manage close out and report accordingly
Owns support tickets end to end
Internal and external escalations according to company procedures
Provide general assistance to the Support team
Other tasks as assigned by management
Position reports to Service Delivery Manager for task related issues
Escalates to Office Manager for office related issues

**Skills**:Strong working knowledge of IT Desktop & Server, Microsoft and any other standard IT protocol or tool.
Strong working knowledge of DOOH is advisable
Strong logic and trouble-shooting skills
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German/Italian. Other languages is a big plus.
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to also work as a member of a team
Strong client support services skills (customer service)
Attention to detail
Ability to follow directions
Strong organizational skills
Ability to think outside the box
Represent our company in a professional manner, especially when performing on-site support
Willing to travel
