Our school is located in an inspirational setting, in a picturesque town among the mountains near Marbella.

We are seeking a friendly, motivated and well-organized personto join our team as an Administrative and Admissions Assistant.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Front Desk Management**
- Manage the front desk area, greeting visitors, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all who enter the school premises.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and other administrative tasks as needed.

2. **Administrative Support**
- Assist in maintaining accurate student records.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and filing/documentation tasks.
- Make non-instructional decisions in the absence of administrators including decisions regarding emergency situations. (Will have authorisation to sign some designated documentation for the administration team.)

3. **Admissions Assistance**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records related to admissions, including applicant files, enrolmentstatistics, and demographic data.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Administration or related field
- Previous experience in administrative support and/or admissions roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Able to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- **Fluency in English and Spanish**
