**About this role**

As an HR Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR, finance, and administration inquiries as they relate to our office in Salamanca, Spain, as well as our staff distributed across Europe.

You will assist in processes around recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll. In addition, you will facilitate day-to-day office management, including the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and the organisation of events for staff.

The role requires oversight and maintenance of employee files, invoices, reporting, and operational metrics ensuring that they are maintained in accordance with company policy, as well as the implementation and continuance of all workplace health and safety obligations.

**About you**

A capable and proactive ‘doer’, you will bring at least 4 years’ professional experience in HR to our established, high-performance Spain team. You're meticulous, thorough, and have the proficiency and confidence to hit the ground running as you drive existing HR and administrative processes and identify those needing improvement.

You are self-motivated, personable, and ambitious, and you bring those qualities to bear in all of your work. You will have:

- At least 4 years of professional experience in HR
- Experience in office management, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite as well as common HR software
- Strong written and verbal ability in both English and Spanish
- A desire to strive for best-practice and industry-leading processes
- The drive to consistently improve, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

**Qualifications**

Ideally, you also hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
