- Inglés Alto (h/m), se encargará de:
- Liderar todo lo relacionado con licitaciones públicas.
- Estar informado de las publicaciones de licitaciones públicas correspondientes a nuestro negocio a través de las publicaciones en los boletines oficiales del Estado o CA.
- Descargar y gestionar junto con el responsable los pliegos técnicos de la licitación publicada.
- Determinar las fechas críticas de la presentación de la documentación de la licitación y actuar en consecuencia.
- Recibir / reclamar en tiempo y forma la propuesta económica del TM para consensuar precios junto con la dirección y otras aprobaciones en el caso que los importes lo requieran.
- En el caso que sea necesario, preparación y envío del PCAF al controler financiero para la aprobación a nível EU.
- Preparar y reclamar la documentación que dependa de otros departamentos o personas para disponerla en tiempo y forma para presentarla al organismo, sea de formato digital para descargarla en plataformas online o bien para enviarla por correo certificado.
- Gestión del envío de las muestras de producto/os afectados en el concurso.
- Comunicación activa con los organismos licitadores para realizar consultas o aclaraciones de los pliegos técnicos y económicos.
- Comunicación activa con la empresa Acobur, quien nos proporciona la ayuda legal necesaria sobre la ley de contratación y también el modus operandis en determinadas licitaciones debido a su complejidad en la interpretación. Además de la ayuda legal que nos proporciona a la hora de aplicar recursos al organismo licitador o viceversa.
- Estar pendiente de la adjudicación de la licitación y comunicarla al TM y a la dirección
- Crear/mantener una base de datos en al que podamos registrar los precios a los cuales se ha presentado la competencia y también las próximas fechas en las que se producirán prorrogas o bien finalizará la licitación.
- Comunicación activa con el departamento de finanzas para gestionar los avales bancarios necesarios para cada licitación y la gestión de reclamación del aval por parte de finanzas una vez finalizado el contrato de licitación.

- Muy valorable experiência en posiciones dentro del ámbito healthcare.
