We are looking for a CMO who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects, a skilled Marketing strategist, who will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Your responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Development and implementation of effective marketing and communication strategy
- Definition and implementation of our single competitive marketing message across all channels
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, sales analysis, analysis of past promotional activities effectiveness.
- Organization of promotional activities, PR & SMM activity areas (traffic acquisition, loyalty level increase)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Prepare KPI reports on marketing performance

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in Marketing for network software development company/network equipment vendor
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot) software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
