The Director of GV's Global Business Transformation is a member of the Business Excellence Leadership team as well as the ESI Service Delivery leadership team - The role works and collaborates directly with all the GlobalView Regional Service Excellence/ BPI managers, highly visible with our executive management and requires mature leadership skills, excellent financial acumen as well as strong change management skills. **Essential Responsibilities**: - Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the GV business across all regions, utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Management Systems. - Drive the GV Digital Transformation Journey across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM and APAC together with technology upgrades. - Drive our Client Automation Strategy jointly with our product team and for our clients across the globe to take the work out and improve and align our Client Experience globally. - Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of frameworks, methodologies and tools for driving process excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement - Provide input for financial quarterly business review on savings achieved via the Digital transformation, monitor and track progress in collaboration with finance partner, supporting the business leaders in investment and saving decision - Execute the GV Service Excellence/ BPI /Digitization strategy within the regions through a cross functional teams of leaders and their project management and/or technical expertise aligned to regional functional managers with focus on standardization, automation and alignment. - Ensure all Service and Implementation managers within the region are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and are committed to the identification of and execution on process improvement opportunities. - Proactively monitor business performance / operating results within the region against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through Service Excellence/BPI initiatives and all KPIs. - Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions. - Collaborate with ESI Service business leaders and associates to drive adoption of new and existing Service initiatives - Provide effective coaching/mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitization - Actively promote Business Transformation and Process Digitization associate development - Be the single point of contact for all GV Business Transformation and Process Digitisation Service initiatives - Lead any assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with SVP ESI Service Delivery **Critical Success Factors**: - Passionate about Business Transformation and Process Digitization - Passionate about making it easy for our clients and associates - Ability to lead in a matrix organization - Ability to influence and communicate at all levels - Ability to collaborate with associates at all level - Ability to handle resistance to change - Ability remain positive even in the face of adversity - Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities - Ability to challenge the status quo and utilize facts and data to drive decisions - Ability to inspire and nurture talent **Personal Attributes**: - Positive attitude with high energy - Resilient - Problem solver - Innovative - Autonomous - Diplomatic / finding win-win's **Specific Skill / Experiences**: - Extensive operations experience, ideally in an ADP Service organization - Extensive experience in successfully executing on Business Transformation and Process Digitisation initiatives - Ability to guide business decision toward saving and investment through generation of financial reporting. - Excellent Financial Accumen - High level of ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization - Excellent decision-making skill set. - Display very high levels of energy, resilience and maintaining a positive outlook even in the face of adversity. - Able to motivate and engage associates at all level of the organization. - Must be able to challenge the status quo and influence multi-directional and non-linear relationships. - Keen to lead challenging, untested, cross functional new projects - Must be "marketplace" informed - Passionate about making it easier for our clients and associates. - Passionate for using technology to
