**What your responsibilities will be**
- Design and implement strategy and training plans aligned with the Business.
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees aligned with the regional/ country managers.
- Proactively identify initiatives to upskill and reskill the commercial teams.
- Develop, implement, conduct, measure and follow up comprehensive training solutions for Grifols Biopharma (affiliates and distributors) about products and sales and marketing skills.
- Design and develop learning materials using different methodologies and tools to ensure the appropriate knowledge of participants.
- Ensure constant update of training materials.
- Develop educational content aligned with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding trainings.
- Deliver training for sales and marketing teams.
- Implement training process and evaluation procedures, KPIs and measure results to ensure training effectiveness.
- Track training results and manage reporting on training outcomes.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Responsible for the development of the technologies/platforms/tools upon the Commercial Learning & Development department
- Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies.
- Ensure constant update of new technologies and methodologies.
- Manage existing platform and learning tools.

- University degree in Biology, Pharmacy or Medicine or similar preferable
- Postgraduate Programs in Business, Marketing, Sales or Training, nice to have.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience as sales or / and marketing specialist in pharmaceutical industry - nice to have.
- Previous experience in training
- nice to have.
- Experience with new training methods like e-learning, blended learning etc. - nice to have.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Digital skills
- Excellent language skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Italian, German or French, nice to have
