**The Role**

We are looking for a **Regional Manager of Customer Support** **to join our **CX team**.

What will you be doing:

- Achieve the goals of **support, **such as customer satisfaction and retention
- **Hiring **to make the team grow
- Ensure that the **KPIs** of your team are achieved
- Get the **feedback **of our customers into **proposals for our product team**:

- Be constantly **analyzing data** in order to **improve or change internal processes**:

- **Take care of the team** and keep people motivated

**Your Profile**
- **2+ years **of experience in a **management role**:

- **Customer support **experience
- Exceptional **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills
- Exceptional** interpersonal skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and Spanish**:

- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
- Ability to work in an** international team set up**:

- Able to manage and **prioritize **multiple responsibilities
- Based in Barcelona
