Cuanto más precisa sea la descripción, más afinada será la búsqueda** - **Dará apoyo al Design Manager y al Project Manager en la gestión y coordinación de los intervinientes en el diseño de un data center o CPD durante esta etapa del proyecto.** - **Será el responsable de la gestión de diseño como especialista en las áreas de instalaciones mecánicas: HVAC, PCI, BMS, FONTANERIA, TRASIEGO COMBUSTIBLE del proyecto.** - **Interlocutor principal con especialistas mecánicos de los equipos intervinientes en la etapa de diseño: cliente, ingeniería, consultores varios.** - **Será responsable de la gestión del/los industriales de instalaciones mecánicas durante la ejecución, coordinándose con el Construction Manager y resto de responsables de paquetes de obra, seguimiento de plazos, costes, calidad (supervisando y coordinándose a la DF), seguridad y salud (supervisando y coordinándose con el CSS).** - **Será el responsable de la gestión y coordinación de los intervinientes en la construcción (contratista/s y DF) en las actividades de su especialidad.** - **Dará apoyo al responsable de contrataciones en la gestión de licitaciones.** - **Dará apoyo al responsable de costes en la gestión de costes y cambios de su especialidad.** - **Será el responsable del seguimiento y control de las actividades de su especialidad en los aspectos de cumplimiento contractual, plazos, calidad (a través de DF), y seguridad (a través del CSS).** - **Será el responsable de coordinar (en apoyo al Cx Manager) las actividades de Commissioning de su especialidad.
