Estamos gestionando la construcción de un hotel de 5 estrellas en el centro de Sevilla , un proyecto emblemático que busca combinar eficiencia energética, confort y excelencia técnica . Buscamos incorporar a un/a MEP Engineer freelance que aporte experiencia y rigor técnico en la supervisión y coordinación de las instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y de fontanería . Supervisar y coordinar los sistemas MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) durante la fase de construcción. Revisar y validar planos, memorias técnicas y submittals de contratistas e instaladores. Asegurar la conformidad con normativa española y estándares internacionales de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad . Dar soporte al equipo de Project Management en la planificación, seguimiento de obra y control de calidad . Participar en reuniones de coordinación con arquitectura, ingeniería y contratistas. Realizar inspecciones en obra y emitir informes técnicos de avance y cumplimiento. Ingeniería Técnica o Superior (Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o similar). Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en proyectos MEP dentro del sector hotelero, terciario o de alta gama. Experiencia en coordinación de instalaciones en proyectos de construcción complejos. Conocimientos sólidos de normativas españolas y europeas (CTE, RITE, REBT, etc.). Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en entorno multidisciplinar . Disponibilidad parcial (part-time) y posibilidad de desplazarse a obra en Sevilla . Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa con empresas de Project Management o hoteles de lujo . Nivel alto de inglés técnico (deseable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
