THE JOBYou will play a crucial role in transforming the business by supporting and helping the RGM function to define and implement new solutions and proper tracking for Revenue Growth Management across its five RGM Pillars: Pricing, Promotion, Price Pack Architecture, Trade Spend, and Mix Management. By leveraging data sources and analytics, you will extract key insights to influence sales teams and drive sustainable growth. Additionally, you will contribute to building new digitally enhanced long-term tools and solutions aligned with the overall SBFE transformation journey.
- **Define and Governance over Pricing Policy**: In conjunction with the RGM Manager and RGM COE, you will develop a 1-3 year pricing strategy and plan that drives revenue and profit growth, embedding the CPI methodology (Cost Price Increase). You will manage pricing corridor frameworks, ensure system prices are correct, provide governance over PMRs, and offer tools to better understand and project the impact of pricing actions.
- **Promotion Governance and Effectiveness**: You will ensure the most effective revenue control policies and procedures are in place to optimize promotion effectiveness in adherence to the RGM Playbook. This includes monitoring account promotional plans, compliance with promo guidelines, tracking changes to the promotional calendar post-approval, and providing tools for Promo Effectiveness tracking (Pre-Eval / Post-Eval). You will use internal (sales and profit) and external (ROS, share, RSV) metrics to understand promo performance.
- **Define Pack Price Architecture**: You will track and communicate the health of the current pack portfolio against key metrics (price coherency, competitive landscape, channel/customer dynamics) and provide recommendations to drive more revenue through our pack architecture. Additionally, you will monitor competitor price/pack actions in the market to understand their potential impact and learn from other players’ practices.
- **Trade Spend & JBP Governance**: You will provide tools to track and assess trade spend effectiveness across channels, define and contribute to proper governance over Discounts Council, ACPs, and the rest of the Trade Discounts Process. You will work closely with the System Accountant to ensure data standards are in place and systems provide the right visibility on trade spend.
- **Mix Management**: You will run robust and granular analyses, develop mix management strategies for the business, and identify revenue and profit growth opportunities related to better mix management. You will define guidelines and set priority SKUs by channel and customer.

REQUIREMENTS**Typical Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong financial acumen with previous RGM experience.
- Experience of working in/with Commercial Finance.
**Skills**:
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to pick up new systems quickly (SAP Business Objects, IRI/Sales out).
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Proven English communication skills.
- Learning agility.
- Confident and credible in front of all levels of the organization.
