Take the next step in your career with us as a Solution Engineer Salesforce. Discover and develop digitalization potential and technical solutions for various business processes in the Salesforce area (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, pardot (Marketing B2B)).

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:

- Together with your team colleagues, you will advise our specialist departments on technical solutions with a focus on Salesforce - in particular the creation of technical blueprints and architecture concepts.
- To do this, you will analyze business requirements and create workflow-based solution proposals.
- You will coordinate the pipelines and roadmap with the relevant specialist departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- You will also manage other external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure our quality standards.
- Usually not popular, but necessary: You ensure the transfer of knowledge via documentation to our knowledge management system

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in computer science / business informatics.
- Building on this, you have gained first experiences with Salesforce technologies,e.g. Visualforce, Apex and Lightning (Web) Components
- You are able to analyze requirements and you want to creat workflow-oriented solution concepts in an advisory capacity for specialist departments or customers
- Your are able to speak english fluently.
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is desirable, but not essential.
