**The Role**

At Lucanet, we empower businesses by transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights. With our powerful software solutions, finance professionals can make informed decisions swiftly and confidently. **What you'll do**
- Oversee and optimize marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage marketing technology platforms and tools for streamlined processes.
- Develop and enforce operational best practices to support marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration.

**What you bring to the table**
- Extensive experience (+6 years) in marketing operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data and transforming insights into action.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
