**Mission**:
We are looking for our Headquarters based in Madrid a Head of Talent Acquisition, who will report to the Talent & Engagement Director. This role has accountability to ensure that Ferrovial attracts and identifies the best professionals in the market to cover the talent needs and promote the mobility of its professionals.

**Responsabilities**:

- Define and implement Ferrovial’s employer branding, attraction, recruitment, and mobility strategy.
- Define the company’s global policies and processes for recruitment and mobility.
- Reach agreements with the main stakeholders linked to attraction & recruitment processes (Universities, Business Schools, Head-hunters, and Selection Platforms).
- Promote and lead internship programs, junior talent, and graduate programs in Ferrovial.
- Increase the efficiency and digitalization of recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with non-discrimination and highest recruiting standards and regulations.
- Define and implement hiring standards, as well as the selection processes and tests to be applied to ensure the recruitment of the best talent for the company.
- Lead the recruitment processes for Ferrovial headquarters and the cross-functional profiles in Ferrovial (Legal, Finance, HR )
- Lead and facilitate mobility, ensuring efficiency and development opportunities for our employees.
- Manage and control resources and budget for the area.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree. Master or MBA will be a plus.
- Relevant HR experience as a Generalist, leading the areas of Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development in global, and matrixed organization.
- At least 10 years of experience with a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
- High level of communication skills, planning, organization, decision-making and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
