The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, The Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG-CRG) is one of the largest Genome Sequencing Centers in Europe. CNAG-CRG researchers participate in major International Genomic Initiatives such as the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), the International Human Epigenome Consortium (IHEC), the International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (IRDiRC) and the European Infrastructure for life-science information (ELIXIR), as well as in several EU-funded projects.

In April 2021, the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) received the renewal of the 'HR Excellence in Research' logo from the European Commission. **The role**

**About the team**

The Accounting Area is composed by the Accounting Manager, two Accounting Officers, three Account Payables officers and another Account Receivable Officer. This position is to support the CNAG activities, and has to be able to collaborate effectively with the other areas at the Finance Department (Procurement, Tendering and Controlling) and also with the CNAG administrative officers as well.

The Account Receivables Officer will be located at the CNAG offices (Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG-CRG) c/ Baldiri Reixac, 4. Barcelona), but may meet regularly with the Finance Team at the CRG offices (Dr. Aiguader 88, Barcelona).
**Whom would we like to hire?**
**Professional experience**
**Must Have**
- You have 2 years of experience as Account Receivables Officer or similar position in the Finance and Purchase Administration of a public or private company.
**Desirable but not required/ Nice to have**
- You have experience with the Public Procurement Procedures
- You have working experience in research institutes
- You have working experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar)
- You have a flexible profile, being able to cope with different clerical tasks
**Education and training**
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Economics or equivalent, with specific training in public procurement and knowledge of Spanish procurement regulation. Other educations will be considered if experience in procurement is supported
**Languages**
- You are proficient in Spanish and Catalan
- You have a medium level of English
**Technical skills**
- You have advanced MS Office skills

**The Offer - Working Conditions**
- **Contract duration**: Contract duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
- **Estimated annual gross salary**: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and consistent with our pay scales.
