We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven B2B Product Marketing Manager who is responsible for planning and executing initiatives to drive growth and increased understanding of FREENOW across our European footprint (currently ten countries). The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the communication of product features and benefits and the alignment of product development and marketing strategy for the respective audiences.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
You'll be part of our central B2B marketing team and will be responsible for managing and enhancing the value proposition for FREENOW for Business products, driving awareness and engagement of our B2B product lines (Business Travel and Employee Benefits) through multi-channel campaigns, and contributing to new product development.

Do you love making an impact in your day-to-day job? This job is a perfect opportunity to design and deliver the best B2B user experience for our targeted persona (travel manager and HR). You will work on crafting the product and platform messaging, organising the go-to-market launch, looking at optimising the B2B end-to-end customer journey and making sure that we stand out from our competitors thanks to Product battle cards.

Collaborate with Product and B2B marketing experts who are passionate - and work alongside cross-functional teams such as copywriters, UX researchers, website experts, B2B marketing, translation manager, designerWith us, there are always opportunities to learn something new

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Demonstrated experience in product marketing or a comparable function
- PMM experience within a B2B tech environment is a MUST
- Exceptional prioritisation and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively with product managers, UI/UX, operations, sales, marketing, legal and other teams across the company
