**About the Company**:
Our client is an international organization that offers solutions to improve animal health and productivity in livestock farming worldwide. The team works cross-border to offer livestock customers the best possible products and services.

**About the Role**:
As Manager Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Customer Service you play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards. You will work with a team of 4 colleagues to implement sustainable solutions in livestock management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes with the focus on forecasting and contact with 7 contract manufacturers in 5 countries.
- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and increase delivery reliability.
- Coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, storage and distribution of the products. Warehousing and transport is externally contracted.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Implementing logistics improvements and innovations.
- Ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Lead quality audits and ensure continuous improvement of quality standards.
- Lead the customer service team to provide excellent support and service.
- Resolving customer problems and complaints in an efficient and customer-oriented manner.
- Developing customer-focused strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the additives or agricultural sector.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
- Living near Tarragona or willing to move in a short term.

Pay: 7,000.00€ - 8,500.00€ per month
