Operational Risk Management Freelance Consultant

As an Operational Risk Management Consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.
As a freelance consultant, you will work with our team to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours when it comes to safety and risk management. This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on site with the client, supporting and coaching them in the implementation of dss+ methodologies.
Key responsibilities will include;
- You will work as a coach to help change the behaviours
- You will lead the delivery of solutions in **safety culture and / or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence**

Ideally, you will hold a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with experience in management consulting and coaching with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence. safety and/or culture change.
You demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issues in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & Beverage
You will be fluent in Spanish and English and be able to work in both languages seamlessly.
