Aufgaben Sie coachen und unterstützen Kunden zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur. Sie entwickeln Lösungen zu Sicherheitskultur und operativer Exzellenz. Sie arbeiten eng mit Managern vor Ort zusammen und coachen sie. Fähigkeiten Idealerweise haben Sie einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder BWL. Sie kommunizieren fließend Spanisch und Englisch. Sie haben Erfahrung in der Managementberatung und Coaching. Als Berater für Operational Risk Management arbeiten Sie mit branchenführenden Kunden in Ihren Sektoren zusammen, um Risiken zu reduzieren und die Geschäftskontinuität sowie die Produktivität der Vermögenswerte zu verbessern. Sie retten Leben, steigern die Leistung und verbessern das Arbeitsleben aller Mitarbeiter Ihrer Kunden. Als freiberuflicher Berater arbeiten Sie mit unserem Team zusammen, um Coaching und Unterstützung für unsere Kunden bereitzustellen, damit sich deren Kultur und Verhalten in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Risikomanagement weiterentwickeln. Dies beinhaltet die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Managern und Vorgesetzten vor Ort beim Kunden, um sie bei der Umsetzung der dss+ Methoden zu unterstützen und zu coachen. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören; Sie arbeiten als Coach, um Verhaltensänderungen zu unterstützen Sie leiten die Umsetzung von Lösungen in Sicherheitskultur und/oder verhaltensbasierter Sicherheit; PSM; oder operzellenz Bei dss+ schätzen und feiern wir Vielfalt. Vor allem sind wir eine inklusive Kultur, in der jeder beiträgt und die Chance hat, seine Talente weiterzuentwickeln. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich, kombiniert mit Erfahrung in Managementberatung und Coaching sowie vorheriger Erfahrung im Operational Risk Management, Operational Excellence, Sicherheit und/oder Kulturwandel. Sie zeigen Erfahrung und Verständnis für die operativen Herausforderungen in Schwerindustrien wie Fertigung, Öl & Gas, Energie & Versorgungsunternehmen, Chemie, Transport oder Lebensmittel & Getränke. Sie verfügen über tiefgehendes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Sicherheit oder operative Exzellenz und können dieses extern nutzen (Kundenberatung, Erstellung von Standpunkten usw.). Außerdem besitzen Sie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine unternehmerische Denkweise. So wie wir.
