**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Partner Operations Associate to manage and streamline the payment process in Valencia. In this role, you will work to optimize current partner relationships across the world and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Cash Management and Treasury and Customer and Payment Experience Teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Match incoming payments against customer requests
- Control settlements from our payment partners
- Perform foreign exchange conversion of customer funds
- Conduct daily follow-up with unsolved processing issues
- Make account receivables reports
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-making
- Face challenges and work independently
- Use of data to back up new initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Here's What We Are Looking For**:

- BS/BA is preferred
- Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus
- 1-2 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to building processes and identify inefficiencies and potential risks
- Working knowledge of Excel, online tools (Google Apps, Zendesk, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- An appetite for continuous learning
