Job Description**
You will lead the project management of financial transformation initiatives across the SGS Group. Partnering with stakeholders from across our business, you will oversee the migration of Finance functions to our Shared Service Centre in Poland and the upgrade of our ERP systems.**
**More specifically, you will**:

- Monitor and report on the status of several streams of program initiatives including the program plan, schedule, risks, tasks, assignments and milestones;
- Directly manage the communication of the Finance Transformation program for the assigned projects;
- Maintain the high-level program schedule, prepare steering meetings, and lead project meetings;
- Provide support to various project stream leaders to ensure that all streams are aligned in activities;
- Ensure the presence and the effective involvement of the internal resources on the project;
- Coordinate with the shared services locations and other relevant stakeholders to deliver the migrations of activities in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance required or equivalent experience;
- Certification in Project Management (PMI, Prince, etc.) or demonstrated ability in strong project management;
- Experience working on international Finance Transformation or in an International business environment is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R;
- Flexible to travel frequently (sometimes up to 50%);
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
