Solution Architect

**Quick Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Build a virtually connected HPE GreenLake technical community
- Engage with partners translating business requirements into appropriate HPE GreenLake services and solutions;
- Collaborate with other EMEA pre-sales teams and partners to drive HPE GreenLake technical awareness and support customer propositions;
- Set up, translate and present desired outcomes in HPE GreenLake technology solutions to business stakeholders;
- Create and deliver presentations, customized demonstrations, seminars and workshops to partners;
- Design, plan and deliver HPE GreenLake Services Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept working alongside the solution factory;
- Become the technical solution expert for a designated HPE GreenLake technology area;
- Maintain up to date HPE GreenLake certifications as continuous development of expertise;

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a professional with solid experience as a
**Solution Architect**, able to understand the customer problems and requirements to design solutions that match the evolving market needs and with a deep competence in all the technologies typically involved in a modern architecture for the digital transformation and roadmap to hybrid cloud.

Knowledge and background in public and private Cloud - IaaS, SaaS, NaaS,

SMB & enterprise scale infrastructure architecture, cloud architecture and specific HPE GreenLake services and technology is strongly preferred.

Others key requirements are:

- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, as well as be a strong contributor in a team environment;
- Good understanding of the IT market/trends;
- Creative, innovative and analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions;
- Effective at communicating with excellent presentation skills;
- Good at building strong relationships with partners and with key stakeholders in countries;
- Results orientation, not satisfied until the job is done with the right quality;
- High degree of personal motivation, enthusiasm and commitment;
- Passionate for technology;

**Skills required**:

- Thorough understanding of infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, services) and experience with orchestration to develop a hybrid cloud solution.
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in IT and a background including architecture, implementation and delivery of large-scale hardware and software AAS solutions.
- Wide knowledge of IT market and trends.
- Significant Clevel presentation experience;
- Specific knowledge of public and private cloud solutions;
- Hands on experience with AAS

**Required qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;
- Background from pre-sales or as a technical consultant;
- Proven experience working in the IT industry as Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Engineer;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential;
- Fluent in English and other languages are a plus;
