Buscamos un/a Solution Architect para implementaciones de Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) a gran escala y en múltiples países. Te encargarás de definir la arquitectura objetivo para un gran cliente multinacional, diseñando una solución escalable, segura y con una estrategia clara para la integración y uso de capacidades de IA/ML , tanto nativas de Genesys Cloud como de sistemas corporativos externos.
Responsabilidades del puesto
Definir la arquitectura objetivo del Contact Center Genesys Cloud (CCaaS)
Diseñar una arquitectura multi–país, escalable y de alta disponibilidad
Definir la estrategia de integración de capacidades de IA: Conversational AI, LLMs y analítica
Coordinar con diferentes países, stakeholders y equipos técnicos para garantizar una correcta implantación
Asesorar sobre buenas prácticas de cloud, seguridad, network y diseño de API
Must Have
Experiencia como Enterprise o Solution Architect en proyectos grandes de Genesys Cloud
Experiencia diseñando soluciones con AI/ML , LLMs y sistemas de analytics
Inglés fluido
