Driving recruitment to grow our organization
- Living our recruitment principles of commitment, prioritize, flexibility, and collaboration
- Knowing where we should be present to brand ourselves - especially towards tech people
- Building a “the right fit for our culture” talent pool
- Conducting initial interviews
- Checking in with your new hires during their onboarding process

Supporting with People-related tasks
- Participating in onboarding of our NewWires (joiners) to make sure they experience a positive experience
- Support our Valencia Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing events, maintaining office culture, and addressing employee needs.
