**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Colegio Mestral, a leading private bilingual school in Ibiza, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Early Years Teacher with excellent English proficiency** to join our team on a **permanent contract**. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a warm, forward-thinking school community on one of the most unique and vibrant islands in Spain.-
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead a class of Early Years pupils, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences-Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment-Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development-Collaborate with the bilingual teaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality practice-Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and daily routines-Contribute to the wider life of the school and Early Years project.-
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
**Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written)**-Relevant Early Years or Primary teaching qualifications-Prior experience in Early Years or similar settings (highly valued)-A caring, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching-Strong communication and teamwork skills-**Mandatory: current residence in Ibiza**-Commitment to the values and educational ethos of Colegio Mestral.-
